TEP 873

TEP 873 is a 100% Hot Melt Pressure Sensitive Adhesive for palletizing and promotional inserts.

Nozzle application (by bead or spot), fiberisation or spray application.

• Peelable, repositionable
• Low tack
• Transparent in thin layer
• Raw materials comply with FDA (CFR 21) 175-105.

Physical:

• Base: SBC
• Aspect - colour: Free Pack, light yellow
• Viscosity Brookfield: approx. 13 000 mPa.s  
• Softening point Ring and Ball: approx. 98°C.

Shelf life:

1 year at least in its original closed packaging and kept away from moisture and heat.

Running temperature: 150-170°C (never exceed 180°C).

CLEANING 
Product reference SOLMELT 100 N or product itself at low temperature (softening point + 20 / 30°C).
